Anthony C. Rea and Frank Vara founded Creations in Cuisine Catering in 1995. Over the past several years Creations in Cuisine Catering has established a reputation for excellent food and outstanding service. Creations in Cuisine Catering has catered events large and small for a wide range of clients including Tiffany's, Wells Fargo, Phoenix Coyotes, City of Glendale, Scottsdale Princess, Arabian Horse Association of Arizona as well as the San Francisco Giants (majors and minors) and the Chicago White Sox minor league baseball teams.
Anthony C. Rea - Executive Chef
Chef Rea has over 30 years of experience in the Culinary Arts field. Chef Rea graduated from Johnson and Wales University with a degree in Culinary Arts. Prior to opening Creations in Cuisine Catering, Chef Rea held the position of Executive Chef for the Boulders Resort and Country Club. In addition, Chef Rea was Chef Instructor at the Art Institute of Phoenix and has held positions with several Resorts and Restaurants throughout the valley.
Frank Vara - Food and Beverage Manager
Mr Vara has 30 years of experience in the food and beverage business. Mr Vara came to Phoenix in 1980 from New York. He began his career as a chef, then moved to the management side of the industry. He has managed several restaurants in the valley as well as opening new restaurants for the Café Casino in Seattle, Washington. Mr Vara's experience includes implementing catering services at various restaurants under his management.
