| Dear Tony, When we hired you to cater our party, I wanted three things. 1. It was important to me that the food be delicious and different enough to be memorable, but not so unusual that our guests from the Midwest would find it unappealing. 2. I did not want to have to worry about anything....and when i say anything, I mean that literally. 3. It was critical that your execution be exquisite. You not only met my expectations, but exceeded them! The food was wonderful, I didn't worry about anything, (and did nothing but enjoy myself during the party,) and your execution was prefect. I'm still receiving compliments on everything.
I can't thank you enough for the wonderful service you provided. I know we were not the easiest people to work with, but you catered to even our most capricious quirks. your price was neither cheapest nor the most expensive, but I am confident that you are the best. Thanks again. |

| Tony, saying that you and your staff did a wonderful job is an understating the fact. The food, it's presentation, the service were exceptional. As an older couple who waited a long to marry, we wanted that day to be extra special in every way for our friends and family. I especially wanted the food to be spectacular an you delivered that many times over. Our guests couldn't say enough about the quality. Majority commented about the steak melting in their mouths and salmon being the best they ever had. And I loved the pasta bar and desserts. We had a great turnout Saturday night! We raised a truck load of toys for Toys for Tots. We chose to sponsor them this year and our friends and family were more than generous. It was amazing!
As for the food and service, everyone was raving. My father-in-law is a chef and he came up to me during the night and said, "you've found your caterers". Coming from a self proclaimed food snob, I was thrilled.
Jan, Dolores and Bill were great too! They were on time, friendly and efficient.
I really don't think we could have asked for more.
You truly provided what I asked for and I appreciate that. I felt like we had the right amount of food and the quality was great.

| WOW!!!! I could not have been more impressed by the work that Creations in Cuisine did for the Farr-Fuhrer wedding that was here at the Waterfront on Sunday! The food was amazing - so much of it prepared on site, and so expertly by Chef Basil! The presentation of the buffets was wonderful! The fresh roses made the buffet look so beautiful! The service was incredible as always- Lucy is a joy to work with! I love when Waterfront clients select Creations because I know that it is going to be as close to perfect as it ever gets! |

| Hi Tony. Thank you so much for arranging the great staff and great food for our wedding. Everything was perfect except the weather, but it was such a wonderful day, the rain didn't even matter.
Please thank Lucy and all of your staff who worked at our wedding. Everything went smoothly, so Amber and I could just relax and enjoy the evening without any worries. I do appreciate your willingness to work with me on the time line so we could start the buffet line right after the salads went out. That worked out well, and it enabled a close friend of mine who had to leave early to catch a flight still have dinner.
I'm glad we ordered as many appetizers as we did. Our guests went through all of them, and the meatballs were a big hit. We had a few no-shows, so Amber and I got to enjoy some left over chicken and steak for a few meals.
Thank you again for your assistance, patience and professionalism while we worked out the last minute details. It all turned out great! Amber and I would definitely recommend you to anyone who's planning a wedding or large event. |
